Who we are
This website is operated for the Peabody Whitehead Mansion, 1128 Grant St, Denver, CO 80203, managed by Longs Road Properties. Questions about this policy can be sent to thefutureranch@gmail.com.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to send us through the forms on this site:
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number and message.
- Rental application: your contact details, current address, rental history and landlord contact, employment and income, emergency contact, pet details, and any eviction or landlord-debt history you report.
- Maintenance requests: your name, contact details, unit, a description of the problem, entry permission and any photo you attach.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth or ID documents through this website.
How we use it
We use what you send only to answer your inquiry, review your rental application (including contacting the landlord and employer you list), schedule tours, and handle maintenance. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
Services that handle your information
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service, and are stored in our email account (Google Gmail). Some pages also load content from other companies, which may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under their own privacy policies:
- Google Fonts (typefaces on every page) and Google Maps (maps on the apartment pages)
- Zillow (3D apartment tours)
- Walk Score (neighborhood scores)
- Cloudflare Stream (building video)
This website itself does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and applications only as long as needed to respond, make leasing decisions and meet legal record-keeping requirements, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing thefutureranch@gmail.com.
Fair housing
We follow federal, Colorado and Denver fair housing laws. If you need a reasonable accommodation to use this site or apply, contact us.
